Our kitchen recently took to the airwaves!
Chef Mordecai Brauns, Head Chef at Insights Restaurant, and Kervin Richtenberg, our Head of Food and Beverage, joined Relebogile Mabotja on 702 to share a taste of our new summer menu and the Dine Like Madiba experience – where every dish tells a story inspired by the meals Nelson Mandela once enjoyed in this very home.

From modern interpretations of Madiba’s favourites to reimagined heritage flavours, the menu celebrates legacy through food – prepared with the same warmth and care that Madiba was known for. Every ingredient, every flavour, is chosen to honour his love for togetherness, reflection, and the joy of breaking bread.
